Woodsberry Customised Order Policy

A customised product is a furniture piece made according to the specific requirements or preferences of the customer. It is tailored to meet unique needs in terms of design, size, finish, material, features, or style.

Customised products require additional time, craftsmanship, and effort, which is why they may be more expensive than standard products. Any product that is not listed on our website/catalogue and is created as per customer specifications will be considered a customised order.

Terms & Conditions for Customised Orders

  • The word “customised” itself specifies that the product is manufactured exclusively on behalf of the customer.

  • Once the order details are confirmed, manufacturing begins immediately, which means:

    • The order cannot be cancelled.

    • The payment cannot be reversed or refunded.

Cancellation Policy

  • If under exceptional circumstances the order must be cancelled, a deduction of up to 75% of the payment may apply as company charges.

  • Once the customised product is dispatched, there will be no refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.

Payment Terms

  • Payment for customised orders is taken 100% in advance, just like standard orders.

  • Payments for customised orders are non-refundable, since manufacturing begins immediately after confirmation.

Production Timeline

  • Customised products are not manufactured on a regular basis and require special planning.

  • The estimated dispatch timeline is 7–8 weeks from the date of confirmation.

  • If there are any unexpected delays, Woodsberry’s customer service team will keep you informed.

  • As each order is handcrafted, quality is never compromised—we take the necessary time to meet your exact requirements.

Order Modifications

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, no changes can be made to the design, size, finish, or specifications.
